Nine years ago, I was a Company Secretary and Lawyer at Hindustan Unilever when my life changed overnight. A brain hemorrhage left me unable to speak, and I had to rebuild my life from scratch.
The most remarkable part of my recovery was that my young son became my teacher, helping me learn to speak again. That journey taught me the power of hope, resilience, and healing.
It also inspired me to create Sattva Awakening — a space where holistic Ayurveda helps people restore their health, balance, and confidence.
I know what it feels like to lose your health, and I know healing is possible.
